We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team at our Aurangabad office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 7 years of experience and hold a diploma in a relevant field. Candidates from Tractor industries will be preferred.The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring optimal performance, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:- **Installation of Equipment:** Set up and install machinery at customer sites, ensuring everything is functioning correctly.- **Maintenance and Repairs:** Conduct regular maintenance and repair work to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.- **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise, using problem-solving skills to offer effective solutions.- **Customer Support:** Provide support and training to customers on equipment use and maintenance, ensuring they are fully satisfied with the service.- **Report Writing:** Keep accurate records of service activities and create detailed reports on issues and solutions.Applicants should possess strong analytical skills, have good communication abilities, and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to learning new technical skills and an eagerness to assist customers will be essential for success in this role. A male candidate will be preferred for this position.
