Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to business partners regarding their orders, logistics status, and concerns. 2. Handle inbound queries professionally and provide accurate information. 3. Maintain and update data records related to orders, logistics, and issue resolutions. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries in a timely manner. 5.
