Conduct chemical testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.Perform laboratory experiments and record observations accurately.Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for testing.Analyze test results and prepare reports.Follow laboratory safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions.Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.Assist in research, product development, and process improvement activities.

1.Conduct survey to identity potential villages to set up new MPPs and new milk routes2.Conduct village level meeting with support of Area Manager3.Take up special membership drive in those villages identified with poor membership enrolment4.Enroll new members and achieve enrolment targets5.To assist and supervise inward logistic for his allotted set of villages.6.Ensure equipment and instruments are in working condition at the MPP and are calibrate as per the SOPs and conduct asset verification.7.Ensure adherence to SOPs in each MPP through periodic audit.8.To report any membership related concerns/grievances to the Cluster Office and assist in resolving the same.9.Conduct milk producer awareness activities.
