Job Title: Travel Consultant (Inbound Australian Travel Process)Location: New Town (Near Axis Mall)Salary: 15,000 per month + performance-based incentivesJob Type: Full-timeAbout Us:We are a leading travel agency specializing in inbound travel services for Australia. Our goal is to provide exceptional travel experiences by understanding our clients needs and offering personalized solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Travel Sales Consultants to join our team. We primarily serve Indians living abroad, so you will handle inbound calls from clients based overseas.Training: 1 month of GDS (Global Distribution System) and on-the-job training to ensure you are fully equipped to handle client inquiries and bookings.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their travel needs and convert inquiries into bookings. Assist clients with flight arrangements and address any issues or concerns. Maintain high standards of customer service through active listening and effective persuasion. Follow up on leads and recommend additional services to enhance the overall client experience.Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong active listening skills to understand and address client needs. Persuasive abilities to guide clients in making informed travel decisions. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
