Full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Duties include setting business development goals, developing strategic plans, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and success in achieving business objectives. He or she should be able to coordinate the project execution related activities like procurement/ logistics/ Instalaltion & commissioning / after sales service and maintain the existing client base;

Technical Sales & Design of STP/WTP/SWP projects supported with CAD drawings Handling day to day operations of Projects/Vendors/Logistics. Project coordination, necessary technical support to clients/ project team Technical Sales support coordination/follow up with client and sales team. Good command and control over the employees. Coordination with Suppliers/Subcontractors/Consultants etc Ensuring Timely collection of payments Coordination with the company secretary/Auditor/Legal advisor etc Preparing a daily/weekly record and reporting directly to Senior Management. Willing to travel as per company policy

Should be well versed in autocad civil drawings with plumbingShould visit the site if required for any drawings clariifcation/ confirmationsShould cordinate with the installation team for smooth execution of the projects

Should be able to carry out site executionCordinate withe architects/ consultants/ site engineer for smooth executionPreparing the list of qty required for site executionKnowledge in Autocad drawings/ piping/ electricalPayment follow up and after sales service back up

Handling office works / clearing & booking of parcel/ other routine office works
