Urgent Requirement IT AssistantOxford International Education ServicesExperience - Min 2+ yrsSalary - 19k - 25k (Depending on Experience)Education - Min HSC (+Relevant Computer Course)Location - Chandivali (Powai)Roles and Responsibilities1) Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware n software. 2) Offer daily Operations and systems Support and personnel.3) Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel4) Verify functionality of hardware and software components.5) Troubleshoot hardware n software issues in person, remotely via phone.6) Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions.7) Conduct Daily network backup operations.8) Assist infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.9) Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means10) Coordinate the needs of remote employees, vendors and contractors11) Manage and oversee departmental quotas12) Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.13) Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.14) Connect laptop to the projector onto the screen
