Use CRM to track and manage leads, conversions, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication and follow-ups. Achieve targets and sales goals. The roles are responsible for the effective running & management of Centre faculty and programs. Responsibilities include communicating clearly with teachers as well as students, aligning roaster of visiting faculties, making recommendations for the overall workplace quality enhancement as well as retention/increasing enrolment. The Centre manager will be a key person in recruiting and retaining large clients for larger contracts, conduct local branding & marketing activities along with the administration of entire franchise operations. The manager will also be responsible for the retention and development of instructors. The center manager should be able to display a good-natured and cooperative demeanor when dealing with others in challenging situations. He/ She will have the willingness to adhere to others needs and willingness to address their concerns.Key duties:Manage & run the centre including supervision of and collaboration with the facultyResearch market potential and market the center program to attract more clientsPrepare progress reports for the DirectorCoordinate with Center Director for scheduling & conducting special events and information sessions on and off campusOrganize regular meetings with the tutors and work with them on quality improvementDeveloping and maintaining plans towards ensuring the achievement of periodic targetsAssisting the counsellors in increasing student enrolment via both - contracts with larger clients and open enrolmentConduct student feedback on faculty and mediate students complaintsThis is a full time position with a combination of an attractive salary and incentives.
