We have recently commenced operations in certain parts of South Asia.JOB DESCRIPTION-Reporting and working closely with the team at Outline India, the quantitative researcher will be engaging primarily in enforcing quantitative methodologies and implementing survey tools on digital platforms, training field teams, and ensuring field surveys are planned and implemented in a structured manner.RESPONSIBILITIESProposal Secondary research and sampling for proposals. Planning and budgeting for field surveys. Prepare budget for the new contracts.Fieldwork planning and execution Developing, coding, and deploying survey tools using CAPI programs like Survey CTO. Review of survey tools received from clients and translation of the same. Assist the research team in developing training material for the field team.-Travel to the field for the purpose of training and monitoring fieldwork (on hold during covid19).-Training field team on the usage of CAPI on tablets (virtual during covid19). Coordination with the field team to ensure quality data checks. Data checks and analysis Management and monitoring of datasets on a regular basis.- Oversee daily data collection activities and ensure adherence to data quality protocols. Data cleaning. Quantitative analysis and visualization. Assist in writing reports.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA- Strong knowledge of quantitative methods of data collection and the ability to analyze data. Experience in the development sector.

The Social Media Executive/Manager will engage in expanding Outline Indias Communications verticals reach. We are looking for someone who is interested in working with a growing social enterprise.The principal duties of a Social Media Executive/Manager will include: Monitoring latest trends in social media platforms and develop a compatible outreach strategy.Handling social media posts and create attention seeking content for our social media platforms.Oversee social media design and packaging approach.Drafting media articles, research pieces, and blog posts.Coordinating with the Business Development team for developing outreach material.Attending conferences, meetings, events, and expanding our network.Assisting the team in writing concept notes and project proposals.Reply to the responses/messages we receive on our social media platforms. Increase engagement- responses and views of our posts.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors/Masters degree in media relations, journalism, communications, or social sciences.Experience of 2 years in this field.Experience in content development, ability to develop innovative and creative social media managing strategies.Experience in social media management.Knowledge of and experience in handling web-based management systems; editing software such as Canva, Pitch, Figma.Proficiency in presenting, writing, and editing.Ability to work flexibly and on tight deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office.Excellent communications skills.Comfortable using all social media platforms.
