Experience Required:
As a Programmer/ Developer: 2+ Years
As a Trainer: at least 1 Year

Job Location: Hyderabad
Salary: 2,20,000 4,00,000 P.A.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer/ Programmer who is also having an experience as a trainer.
-Designing and implementing the overall curriculum, to make the candidates learn JAVA/ Advanced JAVA in 2 months.
-Should design the strategy to make the candidates capable to get placed in a company with 2 months of training.
-Conducting mock interviews and tests for the candidates randomly.
-Taking interview for the Java Trainer, to check their efficiency and capabilities.



Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
-Strong Java developing skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Positive Body Language.
-Organised multi-tasker and strong task master.
-Ability to work with senior leadership.
