The successful candidate will lead site teams, coordinate with contractors, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1. Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, including construction, installation, and maintenance.2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.3. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance.4. Safety Management: Implement and maintain site safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and investigations as needed.5. Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective project coordination.6. Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation.7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor and control site expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.8. Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including monitoring contractor performance and resolving disputes.9. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues, escalating concerns to senior management as necessary.10.
