Job Description :We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems installation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations.Perform site assessments to evaluate roof conditions, shading, and other factors that may impact system performance.Plan and layout solar array configurations, taking into account local building codes, structural requirements, and customer preferences.Install racking systems, solar panels, inverters, and other system components according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.Conduct electrical wiring and connections, ensuring compliance with NEC and local regulations.Test and commission installed systems to verify proper operation and performance.Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions as needed.Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including photos, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.Provide technical support and guidance to less experienced installers as needed.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.Requirements :Minimum of [2] years of experience installing solar PV systems.Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV modules, inverters, racking systems, and electrical wiring.Experience working with a variety of roofing materials and structures.Familiarity with local building codes, electrical codes, and industry standards.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment specifications.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work at heights and in various weather condition.Interested Candidate are requested to send their updated resume to contact@os-overseas.inContact No: +91 9272145421
