Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated Telecaller fluent in hindi ,marathi and Engliish to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls, handling both cold and hot leads, to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable making calls, and able to engage effectively with customers.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers in English, Marathi and hindi for cold and hot leads.Engage with customers, introduce the companys products/services, and explain their benefits.Listen attentively to customers requirements and suggest appropriate solutions or products.Manage customer inquiries, follow-up with leads, and handle any objections professionally.Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM with customer details, and report daily call statistics.Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and achieve monthly targets.Keep up-to-date with company products/services and effectively communicate their value.Key Requirements:Proficiency in spoken Marathi and basic English.Experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not required).Ability to handle rejection, and maintain a positive attitude and persistence.Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport over the phone.Knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn.Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.Benefits:Attractive incentives based on performance.Opportunity to grow within the company.Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development
