We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jakkur, Bangalore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.Key Responsibilities:- **Respond to Customer Inquiries:** You will answer questions and resolve issues from customers over the phone, email, or in-person, providing clear and helpful information.- **Maintain Customer Records:** You will ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in our systems, helping to keep track of cases and follow up as needed.- **Provide Product Information:** You will assist customers in understanding our products and services, guiding them toward making informed decisions.- **Resolve Complaints:** When customers have problems, you will listen to their concerns and work to find solutions quickly and effectively.- **Collaborate with Team Members:** You will work closely with other departments to offer seamless service, sharing feedback to help improve our processes.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a full-time office setting. A graduate degree is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
