We are looking for an Immigration Counselor in Sector 17D, Chandigarh. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others achieve their dreams of relocating abroad. You will guide clients through the immigration process, providing them with the necessary information and support.Key Responsibilities include:- Advising Clients: You will help clients understand the immigration process and requirements for various countries, ensuring they have the right information to make informed decisions.- Application Assistance: You will assist clients in completing their visa applications and other necessary documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.- Follow-Up: You will follow up with clients regularly to update them on their application status and address any questions or concerns they may have.- Keeping Updated: You will stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies to provide accurate guidance to clients.Required skills and expectations:You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients. Strong attention to detail is essential, as you will be handling sensitive information. Being organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously is crucial. A positive attitude and patience will help you support clients through sometimes stressful processes. Though experience is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and adapt to various immigration scenarios is expected. A high school diploma is required.
