If you have a strong foundation in basic electrical knowledge, are willing to travel long distances, and can work overtime when necessary, we want to hear from you!Job Description:As an Installation Engineer at Onwords, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our products/services at client sites. This position requires a deep understanding of basic electrical principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice. You should also be prepared to work overtime when project demands dictate.Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of Gate Automation as well as Smart Home Automations.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure installations are completed on time and within budget.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installations.Provide technical support to clients and internal teams as needed.Maintain accurate records of installation activities and materials used.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to provide project updates and address concerns.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
