This is not a cold-calling role. You will handle qualified leads, guide customers through the process, and ensure a smooth sales journey.This role requires excellent spoken English, strong persuasion skills, and prior experience in inbound or inside sales.What You'll Do:Handle inbound calls and online leads from prospective customersDrive the full sales cycle from inquiry to closureConduct follow-ups via phone and emailOccasionally meet customers in-person, if neededWork with a 25 day average sales cycleEdit and maintain sales scripts for high-impact communicationActively participate in CRM, lead tracking, and funnel managementSalary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: 25,000 33,500 + 25,000 33,500 Annual Bonus + IncentivesFixed Annual CTC: 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 per annumAdditional Incentives: Monthly + Quarterly
