Computer knowledge, the ability to browse the internet, ability to sendand receive emails, good typing speed, expertise in M.S. Office is required,Answer calls/Email/Chat professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints.There is inbound and outbound both available.Male and female both can apply.For chat process you need 30-35 WPMFollow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.Qualifications and SkillsShould have very good Analytical skills.
