JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Home Care Attendant / Patient Care AssistantLocation: As per patient locationEmployment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are looking for caring, responsible, and dedicated Home Care Attendants to provide quality personal and medical support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should be patient, attentive, and committed to improving the comfort, health, and daily life of individuals who need care.Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Monitor vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and blood sugar if trained Administer medicines on time as per the doctors instructions Support post-surgery, elderly, disabled, and bedridden patients Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patients surroundings Assist with physiotherapy exercises as advised Provide emotional support and companionship Report any changes in the patients condition to the family and healthcare professionalsEligibility & Requirements: Minimum 10th pass (Healthcare certification preferred) Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene Experience in home care or hospital care is an advantage Good communication skills and a caring nature Physically fit and mentally alert Willingness to work in shifts or live-in dutySalary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and duty hours Accommodation and food may be provided for live-in staff Shift-based work Safe and respectful working environment Growth opportunities in healthcare servicesWho Can Apply:Trained caregivers, nursing assistants, freshers with basic healthcare training, and experienced home care attendants.
