Designation: Field Verification ExecutivesSalary: Rs 100/ point of Address Verification. (Point means a place of address it could a residence or office/business place in case of self-employed). No fixed salary purely commission based on number of verification done. No travelling expenses.Job Description: Omega credit information is a premier due diligence agency and renders its services to Banks and financial institutions. We conduct the physical and financial verification of the loan applicants of various banks. We are looking for young energetic passionate person who want to work part time-full time. No fixed working hours.Residence verification: The selected candidates will have to physically verify the residence, of of the loan applicants as per the address mentioned in the loan applications. As field verification executive you have confirm the residential status (Owned /Ranted) from the next door neighbours. Collect a copy of identity and address proof from the applicant and match this with the address which has been visited update the landmark. Have to take 5-6 photos using GPS camera of the property and a selfie with the customer in front of the property. Also interview the customer with a structure questionnaire and obtain information regarding assets owned, educational background, family details, and life style, Information pertaining to vehicle ownedBusiness Verification: Physically visit the business address and check the signboard/ banner/hoarding /name plate if any and match this with the business details submitted by the applicant in the loan applications. Collect a copy of business registration proofs such as GSTIN, MSME Certificate, or any registration issued by local administration or any government department. To check any business activity being carried out and comment on the same such as number of employees seen , stock , work in progress, Raw materials seen . Comment on business process. Enquiry about clients.
