Omcar Foods is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to actively promote Teora Tea and other FMCG products by visiting market areas, booking regular orders, engaging with shopkeepers, and exploring local branding and marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand in the market.Desired Profile:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.1+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or tea products.Energetic, talkative, and confident in public interactions.Familiarity with South Goa market areas.Ability to travel daily, speak basic Konkani/Marathi, and handle shopkeepers smartly.May have own a two-wheeler with a valid license.Salary & Perks:Fixed salary (15,000 22,000) + incentives per orderFuel allowance / TAGrowth based on performanceUniforms / promotional materials provided
