Understand basic mechanical drawings and product specifications related to valves, piping, pumps, and fittings. Support the sales team in tracking project status, delivery schedules, and documentation. Maintain digital records of communication and documentation for each project. Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure timely and accurate responses. Travel as required within Pune and occasionally outside the city for business meetings or vendor visits.
