Job Role : Account ExecutiveExperience Required : 6 Months - 1 YearRoles and Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate financial records. To maintain account of customer and vendor and also maintain accountregister. GST related work Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments. Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, Fixed Assetsetc. Preparing outstanding reports of vendors and clients. Regular follow ups regarding payment with vendors and clients. Making reports as per management requirement.Requirements: Should have 6 Months to 1 Year of Experience in Accounting domain Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. Hands-On experience in tally. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes. Attention to detail.

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaSetting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.Generating leads, following up and maintaining relationship with customer even after sales.

Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.Directs and schedules the work of all body shop employees.Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance adjusters.Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.Implements aggressive marketing plan to increase body shop business.Monitors technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.Gives fair estimates on costs and time required for body work.Follows up on parts department orders to ensure parts availability.Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.Checks quality of completed work.Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.Monitors paper flow to ensure that all documents are accounted for, filled out completely and legibly and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties.Prepares final billing for completed repair orders.Controls accounts receivables for body repair work.Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. Provides necessary training.Ensures that proper safety equipment is available and being used properly.Facilitates and/or conducts technical training and sends employees to appropriate training as needed.Monitors the maintenance of paint booths, frame straightening equipment, and other large fixed assets to ensure long-term usage and value.Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchase.Ensures that the work areas and customer waiting area are kept clean.

Responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them. Must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
