Scheduling appointment with client for visiting property.4.Regular monthly followup with tenant for rent payment and other amenties payment followup.5. Scheduling workers appointment in case of any issues at a property.6. Generating leads for sale/ renting property.7.Should have fair idea Bangalore geography.8.No cold calls
