Job Description:We are looking for a Telecallers / Telecalling Executives FRESHER or min 1yr experience who is good in English and Tamil and is willing to relocate to Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients.Key Responsibilities:Make high-volume outbound calls daily to industrial clients, introducing them to our Ecommerce Softwares products.Identify potential customers and understand their requirements for Online sales solutions.Generate leads by engaging with decision-makers and influencing them to explore our products.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call outcomes, follow-up schedules, and prospect status.Follow up persistently with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Identifying the pain areas and defined problem statement
Proposing solutions and mapping needs
Arranging technical discussion with influencers & decision makers, maintaining follow-ups
Generating enquiries from database & searching for New enquiries,
Converting it into lead, Negotiating & closing sales
Field sales -involves visiting customers for marketing, arranging demos, negotiation & closing sale
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
