Support, configure, maintain and upgrade customers network / system and In-house servers. Monitor, Troubleshoot, Manage and Maintain LAN and WAN (Router / Switch Configuration). Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices. Check computer hardware / software to ensure functionality. Ensure network security and connectivity. Responsible for data backup and retrieval. Coordinate with vendors to get the job done.
