Job description:Roles & Responsibilities:Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).Handle catalog creation, product descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.Coordinate with marketplaces for promotions, campaigns, and deals.Monitor order processing, dispatches, returns, and customer queries.Analyze sales reports and provide insights for growth strategies.Collaborate with the marketing team for ads, SEO, and product visibility.Ensure timely updates of stock and maintain accurate product details.Key Skills Required:1-3 years experience required.Amazon specific preferred.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms & marketplace portals.Good understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets.Basic knowledge of SEO & digital marketing will be an advantage.Strong communication & coordination skills.Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude.
