Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our real estate projects. Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and increasing sales revenue. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Candidate must reside in or around Vile Parle West, Juhu, Santacruz West, Khar West, Bandra West- Proficient knowledge of accounting in Tally software.- Book keeping practical knowledge.- Reading and understanding financial documents.- Preparing bank reconciliation statement.- Dealing with banks and other financial institutions on a daily basis.- Processing and clearing expenses received from various internal teams and external parties.- Managing petty cash for office expenses.- Assisting in preparing balance sheet and profit and loss account.- Supporting the finance and accounts team in routine activities.- Preparing documents for release of payments.- Basic GST knowledge and understanding will be preferred.
