As a Speech Therapist at our center, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing speech difficulties in both children and adults, and providing comprehensive therapy to address these challenges. Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in children and adults.- Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.- Collaborate effectively with other therapists, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support to clients.- Educate and train parents and caregivers on techniques to support speech and language development at home.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.Requirements:- BASLP/ Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.- Valid state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.- Previous experience working with children and adults with speech and language disorders preferred.- Excellent assessment skills with the ability to accurately diagnose speech difficulties.- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for helping individuals overcome speech and language challenges.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Join our team at Nurture Development Centre and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.
