The ideal candidate will have strong distributor relationships and a proven track record in sales.Key Responsibilities:Drive primary and secondary sales growth in assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.Execute sales plans and promotional activities to achieve targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Report on sales performance and market insights to management.Requirements:3-4 years of experience in sales within the skincare/personal care segment.Fluent in Kannada and English.Strong connections with distributors in the region.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
