1.Responsible for maintaining the stores properly in all views. Stock receiving from warehouse should checked with quantity and quality and report should be sent authorities with remarks.2.Vegetables, Milk, Gas/Pellets, Firewood, Chicken, Eggs & Snacks other items (if any) should be checked with quality & quantity. For the above items Daily/weekly/Monthly requirement should be sent to authorities.3.First in first out (FIFO) & FEFO method will be followed strictly (without any deviation) in stores.4.Store In charge is responsible for the issue of store material. All online consumption and bills entries done on the same day
