We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Tele Caller to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to start a career in sales and customer communication. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Make Outbound Calls**: The primary task involves contacting potential customers to inform them about our services and products, aiming to generate interest and leads. - **Provide Information**: You will be responsible for explaining our offerings clearly to customers, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.- **Maintain Call Records**: Keeping accurate records of all calls made, customer feedback, and follow-up actions is essential for tracking progress and improving our sales strategy.- **Follow Up with Leads**: After the initial calls, you will need to follow up with interested customers to encourage them to make a purchase or seek further information.- **Achieve Targets**: You will be expected to meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.Required skills and expectations include:- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English to clearly convey information and build rapport with customers.- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.- Basic computer skills to manage call logs and customer information effectively.- A motivated and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop in a sales-focused environment.- Good time management to handle calls efficiently while maintaining quality in customer interactions.
