We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated HR Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, permanent work-from-home basis. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously, and a proactive approach toward candidate engagement and pipeline building. The ideal candidate should be confident in using job portals and social media platforms for sourcing and should be target-driven and organized. This is a remote opportunity offering a salary of 8,000 to 10,000 per month. Candidates with prior recruitment experience will be preferred.
