Job descriptionDescription We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and site management, as well as experience in managing construction projects. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities Plan and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Supervise construction crews and subcontractors, and ensure that all work is completed safely and to the required quality standards Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that construction projects meet all design specifications Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and that all construction work complies with local regulations and building codes Provide technical guidance and support to construction crews and subcontractors Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders, and ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 8 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other construction management software Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
