Essential Requirements: Specialist skills/ knowledge of VMAX, Powermax, VNXBlock, Unity, Xtermio, Powerscale, Isilon VPLEX and SAN Switches along withsupport knowledge of SRM along with CISCO, Brocade Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments. Provide on call support. Expert certification in relevant technology /product Presentation and negotiating skills. Organizational skilKey Responsibilities: Responsible for performing daily operational tasks and maintaining availability at the customer site(s).Provisions solutions based on standardized procedures as outlined by Dell Technology best practicedocumentation. Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven track record of successful incident management Participates in the design and operational execution of the customer's disaster recovery process as required.Performs necessary storage infrastructure maintenance and necessary data migration, as required. Replication sessions- Troubleshooting if any error encountered on the replication sessions. Establishingreplication sessions for new sites. Seeks advice or assistance from management and/or Technical Support as required during difficult customersituations. Works in conjunction with EMC colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issuesencountered during implementations Mentor junior staff Good understanding of the Operating systems (Windows and Linux)

We are looking for 4-6 years of experienced individuals in relevant fields for our various services with respect to CI Converged Infrastructure. Network & Compute Skill Networking experience providing network support; including network analysis, troubleshooting, design, and device configuration. Understanding of transport protocols, routing protocols, and security/authentication protocols at all layers of the OSI model with emphasis on TCP/IP are essential. Experience with Cisco networking and Cisco UCS desired. Experience in Cisco IOS routing & switching Experience in Cisco Nexus family of switches like Nexus 7K, 5K, 1K Experience in Cisco UCS Computing Experience in design and implementation of Datacenter Ethernet & Datacenter Interconnect technologies Experience in Converged Network and/or Unified Storage Infrastructure in Datacenter Expert level knowledge in Network Switching and Layer 2 Protocols & intermediate level knowledge in Routing. Experience on performance monitoring CCNA/CCNP or CCIE certificationVMware/Virtualization Skill Responsible for implementing, tuning and maintaining VMware-based solutions. Implements VMware vSphere for server consolidation and virtualization. Reviews existing technology implementations and suggests and implements improvements and upgrades ( e.g: VCENTER Server/ESXi) Actively seeks out opportunities to improve existing practices, procedures, and technology implementation. Maintains awareness of VMware software patches and their impact on the environment. Strong experience on implementation/ Upgrade of VMware Vcenter, ESXi and other components Upgrade Should have good knowledge on performing health check and troubleshoot system performance within the VMware environment.
