As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance department by overseeing various aspects of accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records, drive process improvements, and provide valuable insights that contribute to informed decision-making. Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Prepare and review complex financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data. Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee and assist in the preparation of tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other relevant filings. Evaluate and enhance internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain the integrity of financial data. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the accounting team, fostering their professional growth and development. Actively participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process optimization, system implementations, and business expansion. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure compliance. Assist in financial planning and budgeting activities, contributing to the overall financial strategy of the company.

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving engineering projects, leading teams, and implementing technical solutions that push the boundaries of our industry. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the successful development, execution, and delivery of projects that align with our company's goals and values.Co-ordinating with Architect RCC Consultants Regarding Drawings. Planning and execution of work as per design and drawing. Preparation of daily progress report (DPR) of all site activity. Site Execution of all activities related to Building construction. R.C.C. work, Brick workBlock work, External Internal plaster/Gypsum work, Tiling work, False ceiling work etc.) Responsible for Checking of Bills Measurement at Site. Calculate the Quantities of excavation, Steel, Concrete and other works as required. Handling site Petty cash Preparation of Site expenses monthly. Taking care of safety of all the working team.Design, develop, and test complex systems, components, or processes, utilizing advanced engineering principles and methodologies.Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of project requirements, risks, and constraints, proposing effective solutions and mitigation strategies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to achieve project milestones.Mentor and coach junior engineers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering their professional growth.Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and decision-making processes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating relevant advancements into project design and execution.Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including specifications, schematics, technical reports, and project plans.
