1. Cleaning and setting tables and placing seasonal decorations, candles, and table cloths.2. Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages. 3. Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers.4. Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers.5. Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.6. Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.7. Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, kitchen, and equipment.8. Transporting used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section.9. Assisting with unloading and storing stock in refrigerators/sub-stores.10. Directing guests to toilets or exits.

1. Responsible for Cooking food and preparing top-quality menu items in a timely manner.2. Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques3. Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers4. Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen5. Inform F&B service staff of available items and available chef special menu6. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.7. To assist CDP in preparing food according to the requirements or recipes or standards, and the specifications for his department8. Need to be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times as and when required
