Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with the calculation of project costs, including materials, labor, and other expenses2. Maintain and update locality-level data related to construction costs, building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant information3. Contribute to the design of project elevations, considering aesthetic, functional, and contextual factors4. Develop design concepts, incorporating feedback and adhering to project requirements5. Prepare project reports, including written documentation, graphical representations, and presentations to effectively communicate design proposals6. Assist in conducting research on materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices to inform project development7. Participate in site visits to gain a better understanding of project context and to document observations8. Work on using AI tools to enhance project proposals and designsRequirements:1. Completed a degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited institution2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design and visualization software3. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain and update data accurately and efficiently4. Proficiency in creating design elevations, incorporating aesthetic and contextual considerations

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Contribute to the preparation of the project plans, layouts, and project elevations, considering aesthetic, functional, and contextual factors and designs for infrastructure projects - such as - residential, apartments, villas, commercial, and all necessary structural aspects of a building2. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents3. Gather data related to the cost of construction, etc. conduct analysis, and prepare reports to assist in the decision-making process4. Assist in quality take-offs and cost estimations for materials, Labor, and Equipment required for construction projects5. Prepare project reports, including written documentation, graphical representation, and presentation to effectively communicate the design proposal6. Maintain and update city and locality-level data related to construction cost, building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant information7. Understand the regulatory requirements (all types of regulations applicable for the project) of each city, document and utilize them appropriately during the design of infrastructure projects8. Participate in site visits to gain a better understanding of the project context
