Provide support with orientation and new hire activities to ensure best candidate experience2. Partner with team to prepare for school visits and events3. Complete ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as requested4. Generate Recruiting Statistics reports any other ad hoc report that may be needed5. Responsible for temporary hiring (warehouse positions)6. Preparing and ensuring all the paper work and document files are completed for new employment7. Researching different recruiting channels to discover diverse pool of new candidates8. Assists the recruiting team in the entire recruiting process including reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screens and references, and preparing information and offer packets9. Provides support for the Human Capital Client Services team via employee e-mail requests and via phone10. Conducts research for special projects11.
