Objectives of this roleRepresent the companys products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customersAchieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tacticsGenerate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customersDevelop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the fieldResponsibilitiesMaintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunitiesIdentify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categoriesPossess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objectionsPrepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentationsAchieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentationsCoordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld

Skills Any Graduate Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts Proactive and well organized. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Responsibilities Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts. Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
