Job Description Field Supervisor (Tenders & Site Work)Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, ZirakpurPosition Type: Full-time / On-siteRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site activities for our ongoing and upcoming tenders/projects in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh. The role requires hands-on supervision of site operations, vendor coordination, manpower handling, and ensuring timely completion of work as per company and tender requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Supervise and monitor day-to-day field operations at project sites.2. Ensure work execution as per tender specifications, safety standards, and quality parameters.3. Manage and allocate manpower efficiently across sites.4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.5. Maintain daily progress reports, work logs, and submit regular updates to management.6. Inspect and verify work done against tender requirements and drawings.7. Handle on-site issues and provide quick solutions to avoid project delays.8. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Field Supervisor / Site Supervisor (preferably in civil, infrastructure, or tender-based projects).Strong knowledge of site management, and tender documentation.Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple sites simultaneously.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in preparing site reports and maintaining documentation.Willingness to travel within Mohali, Chandigarh, and Zirakpur.
