Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources in the electrical control panel industry. Job Summary:As the Technical Head for Control Panels, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design, development, testing, and implementation of LV and MV control panel systems for turbines and protection segments. The role demands a strong background in control panel engineering, relay testing, and an in-depth understanding of turbine control systems. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective products that meet industry standards and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of LV and MV control panel systems for turbines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Oversee relay testing, protection schemes, and production of LV and MV control panels to ensure reliability and safety.Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, project management, and field services, to ensure seamless project execution.Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, electrical schematics, test procedures, and user manuals.Provide technical support and guidance to the sales and customer service teams, including conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.Stay updated with the latest advancements in LV and MV control panel technologies, relay testing methods, and industry best practices.Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, and lead efforts to enhance safety standards within the team.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Drive innovation in control panel design, relay testing, and process improvement to enhance product quality, performance, and efficiency.
