Assisting in the overall responsibility for the functioning of a Residential Care Facility. Perform cognitive and psychological assessments for elders with dementia. Assign cognitive stimulation activities based on the patients cognitive capacity, interest and hobbies. Coordinate with Nurses and Caregivers to develop care plans and ensure that the same is followed by concerned staff. Coordinate with patient families regarding visits and feedback.
