We are an Australian-based digital marketing agency looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to join our team immediately.We manage 20+ active PPC accounts, with new clients signing on every month. About 70% of our clients are services and trades (plumbers, electricians, home services, professional services) and 30% are ecommerce businesses. You will take over these accounts, manage campaign strategy, and deliver measurable results.What Makes This Role DifferentYou wont be working in isolation. Our agency has a dedicated web development and on-page SEO team. They create targeted landing pages and ensure keywords on those pages are aligned with Google Ads campaigns, boosting Quality Scores and conversion performance.Your role is to lead PPC strategy and performance, and to communicate with our web and SEO teams so campaigns are fully supported. You dont need to do the web dev or SEO work yourself but you must be confident in guiding these teams to make sure everything aligns for maximum results.What Youll Do- Take ownership of 20+ client accounts across Google Ads and other PPC platforms- Build new campaigns and improve existing ones for both trades and ecommerce clients- Communicate with web and SEO teams to align landing pages with PPC strategy- Develop and implement campaign strategies tailored to the Australian market- Monitor performance, optimise for ROI, and report results to management- Use company-approved tracking/timeclock software performance and pay are calculated based on 40 hours of tracked weekly work- Ensure consistent account growth and client satisfactionWhat Were Looking For- Minimum 5 years PPC experience with proven results- Strong track record in building strategies and optimising accounts- Fluent in English, confident in communicating with both clients and internal teams- Familiarity with the Australian market and consumer behaviour- Reliable and disciplined must log the full 40 hours weekly in tracking software- Able to work independently and deliver results without constant supervisionRole Details- Full time: 40 hours per week (tracking software required)- Immediate start- Salary: Up to $2000 AUD per month, dependant on experience levels- Remote position long-term opportunity for the right candidateWhy Join Us- Immediate handover of 20+ accounts- Work with a skilled agency team across PPC, SEO, and web development- Manage diverse accounts across trades and ecommerce- Clear role expectations, stable full-time hours, and fair payIf youre ready to take on a senior-level PPC role with full support from a professional digital team, apply now with your CV and examples of results youve delivered.
