Job Title: Project Associates - Marketing & Merchandising

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Period of assignment: 2 months - 6 months

Workload: 5 days a week with frequent travel to apparel industries in and around Addis Ababa.

Salary: US$ 2550 (US$ 85/Day) per month (Tax Free)

Job Description:
Experienced candidate who can provide comprehensive training on Marketing and Merchandising procedures in a garment export environment which are listed below:

Undertake practical training on garment costing.

Develop course curriculum on specific topics of Marketing & merchandising domain and conduct TOT.

Provide consultancy services to Ethiopian Garment industry in Marketing & Merchandising areas.

Undertake research/ gap Analysis in various factories and suggest support and solutions.

Implement SOP and follow-up.

Prepare detailed report on each activity undertaken


Eligibility conditions:

Experts having Post Graduate Degree from national/ international institutions of repute having relevant experience of minimum 5 years in Fashion industry/Export House/Buying House/ academic institutions of repute such as NIFT.

Should have managerial/ technical experience and practical exposure in appropriate areas.

Should have working knowledge of information technology.

Should be able to communicate in English language.

Preference would be given to NIFT GMT/MFT Graduates
