Candidate having 3-4 Yrs of experience in a manufacturing industry. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and measurements. Assemble and fit mechanical components, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standardsRequired Candidate profileStay updated on new technologies, tools, and techniques in fitting and machining.

Role & Responsibility: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, short listing, interviews, and candidate selection. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures. Maintain record keeping of all payroll related documentation.Manage HR administration such as starters and leavers process.Complete Daily, monthly and fortnightly MIS reports.Ensure up to date and accurate information is maintained for all the employees
