We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in Noida and requires individuals with 1 to 4 years of experience in business development or related fields. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Identify New Business Opportunities:** Research potential clients and market trends to generate leads and create new business opportunities.- **Build Client Relationships:** Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.- **Prepare Proposals and Presentations:** Develop persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing how our services can benefit their business.- **Assist in Marketing Strategies:** Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and strategies that promote brand visibility and attract potential clients.- **Track Industry Trends:** Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify trends that can be leveraged for new business development.- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should possess a bachelors degree in fields such as B.A, B.Arch, B.B.A, B.Sc, B.E, or related vocational courses. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential. You should also demonstrate effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, and have a results-driven mindset. We expect you to be a team player with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools will be advantageous.
