Roles & Responsibilities- Coordinate with students internally and externally.- Fetch the requirements on a weekly basis from different portals.- Help students with their resumes preparation and follow up with the students.- Collecting databases and generating links for tier 1 and tier 2 companies .- Maintaining perks and benefits of the team. - Generating salary and maintaining attendance record. - Conducting activity to motivate the team. - Develop links for new hiring process implementation.- Off-role link building.- Understanding the job description.- Handling manpower outsourcing. - Helping candidates trained at NG with their placement.- Using LinkedIn resourcefully.
