Job Description:-We are looking for experienced and motivated Freight Brokers for a US Based Logistics Process. We are seeking an individual who is outgoing, detail-oriented, goal-driven and has excellent communication skills. A Freight Broker is coordinating the logistics to transport goods by communicating between shippers, customers, and truckers. Logistics brokers are responsible for matching authorized and reliable transportation carriers to the shippers and coordinating all the shipping needs for the company.Responsibilities and Duties-Freight broker agents are responsible for matching authorized and reliable transportation carriers to the shippers and coordinating all of the shipping needs for many companies.- Maintain current clients, generate leads and attract new prospects and develop a sales pipeline.- Acquire new business through prospecting, cold calling etc. Contract with freight shipping carriers and negotiate the best rates and services for our customers.-Developing Sales leads and attracting new prospects, and constructing a sales pipeline.-Identifying and selecting reliable and safe carriers for freight services.-Providing customers with shipping quotes.-Selecting Carriers on orders with customers.-Assisting to prepare carriers for loads.-Updating Shippers/ customers on the status of shipments and assisting with other inquiries.-Updating & maintaining market trends to work with the best rates with shippers and carriers.-Work with trucking companies to move our customers' logistics.-Work individually and in a team-oriented environment.Qualifications and Skills1-3 years of work experience in a Freight Brokerage Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient negotiating skills.Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.High Incentives8:00 PM TO 5:00 AM (IST)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 18,000 - ?60,000 per monthLanguage:English (Mandatory)Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred)
