We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the food department. This full-time role is open in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and is suitable for candidates with a 10th-grade education, offering an opportunity for those with little to no work experience.Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing various food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and taste.- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and organized. This includes washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and properly storing food items.- Stock Management: Help maintain inventory levels by checking stock and assisting with ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.- Customer Service: Interact with customers courteously and efficiently, ensuring their food orders are correct and served promptly.Required Skills and Expectations:- Attention to Detail: The ability to follow instructions carefully and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with others in a busy kitchen environment.- Strong Work Ethic: Dependability and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.- Basic Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers, especially in understanding food orders and preferences.Candidates must be male, as per our organizational guidelines.
