As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:- **Identifying Potential Customers**: Research and recognize potential clients to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.- **Conducting Sales Calls**: Reach out to prospects through phone calls or face-to-face meetings to introduce products and services, aiming to generate interest and close sales.- **Creating Sales Proposals**: Develop tailored proposals based on client needs, showcasing how products or services can solve their problems or enhance their business.- **Maintaining Customer Relationships**: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.- **Collaborating with Team Members**: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experience.- **Tracking Sales Metrics**: Monitor and report sales performance metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.To succeed in this role, you should possess a Masters degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
